HDPE Plastic Reactor
We mainly use HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) plastic for our material.
- HDPE resist most chemicals used in the water purification field;
- The plastic is strong and flexible;
- HDPE is an easy material to handle in manufacturing process;
- No painting or surface treatment needed;
- No maintenance;
- We use Butt welding for the stubs and flanges and Extrusion welding for the manufacturing process, an added advantage is the freedom to manufacture these reactors to client need.
